Phunware has announced the appointment of Troy Reisner as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”), effective June 2, 2023. Mr. Reisner will succeed Matt Aune and will become a member of the Company’s executive management team, reporting to Russ Buyse, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer. Matt Aune will fully transition into his role as an advisor and continue to support the Company through December 31, 2023.
